When I try to argue with myself to tell me that I should be more satisfied or optimistic, I discover a little battle.
I usually start exclaiming, well if I'm content I'll never improve, or if I'm overly optimistic I'll make mistakes.
The thing is, why have a pessimistic and discontent bias.
